When you hire a staff member from ACAWE the price you are quoted is the total cost you will pay, except for one way domestic travel to your camp from the port of entry into the U.S. and government required Worker’s Compensation Insurance. The ACAWE fee includes round trip ticket to the U.S., visa and SEVIS fees, health insurance, two day orientation in the candidate’s home country and stipend. There is no confusion about agency fees and pocket money; you pay ACAWE and we handle the rest.
We also make the program financially feasible for our participants. We pay for their round trip ticket to the U.S. and we refund to them the visa cost when they arrive at your camp. Many other agencies require the participants to pay their own visa costs, airfare and health insurance without reimbursement. While it may appear that we are paying the participant less or charging the camp a higher fee than other agencies, neither is the case. This system provides an added financial incentive for our participants.
Our fees are in line with other International staffing agencies. We are confident that once you recognize the value added service ACAWE provides, we will become your staffing partner for many years. In addition, our applicants are put through a rigorous screening process so that we are confident you are getting the caliber of staff we would want if we were hiring staff.
2010 Pricing Information can be found here. Keep in mind that actual fees will depend on the candidate’s age, experience, length of service and certification. Our minimum age for applicants is 18.
