MASTER PLANNING
From Designing a New Camp to General Contracting
The operating partners of CCS have built six camps and two retreat centers and have participated in the design and construction of over $90,000,000 in leisure industry construction. We have developed the planning for accreditation by the ACA, acquisitions of conditional use permits and securing certificates of occupancy. Dining rooms and kitchens require specialists in food service and a host of other areas. Would you consider building a health center without consulting with camp doctors and nurses? CCS has a team of consultants including architects, engineers, land use experts, general contractors, on-site construction supervisors, environmental specialists, outdoor and indoor sports facility designers and legal consultants.
Master Planning:
Whether you are planning to build a new facility, acquire an existing facility, or rebuild structures in your current facility, a Master Plan is essential to the successful completion of the project. Layout and building design are critical to effective budgeting and appropriate functionality. In case of facility loss or extensive damage, CCS will provide public adjustor services through its nationwide specialist network. CCS consultants will stand with you as you replace and rebuild, to assure minimal down time and the provide full integration of camp function during the construction process.
