- Our screening process is extremely thorough. Applicants must pass a telephone interview, a screening workshop conducted by professionals in group dynamics, as well as a personal interview. They must then attend an orientation before leaving their home country. This enables us to carefully assess both the applicants’ skills and character in determining their suitability to work for you.
