Our Screening Process is a simple process that allows us to learn about the candidates abilities in order for us to find the most suitable Work Travel assignment for the candidate and his/her specific abilities.

Stage 1: Enrollment
Fill out the Application Form on the Web Site with preliminary contact information.

Stage 2: Phone Interview
Phone Interview with a CCS Representative. During this interview we will determine if we can place you in an American Leisure or Resort faciltiy, look at possible suitable positions and determine the next stages of the screening process.

Stage 3: Presentation
We invite you to attend a session in which the program and screening process will be explained to you in detail. There will be time for questions & answers. After the presentation you decide if you want to continue. Those who wish to continue are asked to pay a registration fee and continue directly to the next stage.

Stage 4: Personal Interview and/or Screening Workshop
Each position has a specific screening process. In this stage we get to know each candidate better, as well as his/her abilities and specialties. For this stage you will be asked to prepare an English CV, 3 reference letters in English and a photo.

Stage 5: Paperwork Completion
Once you successfully pass the screening, you are asked to sign an Agreement and Guarantee contract with CCS, and pay the acceptance fee or provide a guarantee check in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
Only after you complete all the required materials, i.e.: Contract, Payment / Check, English CV, References, Background Check etc., will we be able to start the process of matching you with a Work Travel assignment.

Stage 6: Visa Application
Completing the Visa application and requesting J1 Cultural Exchange Visa – CCS is an approved sponsor of the J1 Cultural Exchange Visitor Program of the United States Department of State (Sponsor # P-3-10088 / # P-4-10934). This allows CCS to invite staff from other countries to work in American Leisure and Resort Industry facilities for their summer season. The program allows those who participate to travel in the US after their Work Travel assignment is over in accordance with the visa regulations as stated in agreement. CCS will provide the Visa request forms (DS-2019) and will assist with completion and submission to the American authorities.

Stage 7: Orientation Seminar
A mandatory seminar will take place, to prepare you for your Work Travel assignment, both personally and professionally.

Stage 8: Work Travel Assignment
Your departure for your Work Travel Assignment will depend on the location of your home country, on your position and the needs of your specific Work Travel location. Your contract is for approximately twelve weeks.
